Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on actual rates from UPS and USPS and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

At any point in time Free Shipping may not apply to any item over 30lbs and or any item that is greater then 5cuft.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Fees

Any charges that incur because of a refused freight will be charged to the consignee.

FDM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes,  brokerage fees, etc.).


Damages

Any and all claims of damage during shipping must be made with FDM within 48 hours of receipt of goods. 

FDM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and email us at sales@fdmcaraudio.com.
